Spring is upon us, and for the aviation community that means morning trips to small country airports for pancake breakfasts. This Sunday the Bonanza was loaded up and two of us headed down to Red Oak. Red oak is home to a great community airport where pancakes are served, the classic car club provides rides for pilots, and the fire department shows off their gear. As we pulled up and parked the plane a young boy and his dad approached the plane and asked to see it. we gave a quick tour, and proceeded to spend the rest of the morning checking out displays and enjoying the aviation culture. here are a few of my shots from the event.
